Sieve the flour then add yeast, sugar, salt, egg and mix together, now add the milk sparingly until the dough becomes nice and soft, cover in a bowl and set aside to double in it's size.
For Chicken Marination:Garlic, ginger, Green chilly, coriander leaves, curry cabbage Combine this ingredient and make a paste using a blender, in this add red chilly,garam masala, chicken masala, salt, vinegar. Marinate the breast chicken piece and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hrs then fry the chicken.

Once the dough well was risen, make balls.Roll out each ball like chappatis, now make four circles using a lid on the chappatis, place salad, chicken pieces and cover it with another chappatis then cut it using the lid.Heat oil for fry the poori one at a time.
