Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos egg


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1 tsp yeast


  • 1 cups for garlic sauce:sunflower oil


  • 3 nos egg white


  • 4 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp salt,to taste


  • 1 nos for salad:carrot,grated


  • 1 nos capsicum,cut into small pieces


  • 1 nos cabbage,cut into pieces


  • 1 kgs chicken

Directions

  • Sieve the flour then add yeast, sugar, salt, egg and mix together, now add the milk sparingly until the dough becomes nice and soft, cover in a bowl and set aside to double in it's size.
  • For Chicken Marination:Garlic, ginger, Green chilly, coriander leaves, curry cabbage Combine this ingredient and make a paste using a blender, in this add red chilly,garam masala, chicken masala, salt, vinegar. Marinate the breast chicken piece and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hrs then fry the chicken.
  • For Garlic sauce:Blend egg white, garlic, lemon juice and salt, then add sunflower oil drop by drop till it becomes thick.
  • Salad:Carrot grated, capsicum and cabbage cut into small pieces, mix this salad with garlic sauce.
  • Once the dough well was risen, make balls.Roll out each ball like chappatis, now make four circles using a lid on the chappatis, place salad, chicken pieces and cover it with another chappatis then cut it using the lid.Heat oil for fry the poori one at a time.
